One question, where did they film the restaurant scene? The one where Bruce Wayne meets Harvey Dent.
My wife tells me that the restaurant scene you are asking about was filmed in one of the hallways of Union Station. Her only proof is that one day on her way to work, there was a huge area at Union Station blocked off, and they had moved a bunch of dinner tables and “restaurant type” furniture into the area. They were arranging it when she was on her way home in the afternoon.
